Prior to real estate, Tim made a name for himself in both business and bike racing. In 1997, he won the Colorado State Road Cycling Championships (Category 3). He was a national sales manager at Mountainsmith, and he went on to launch and later sell a popular tax advisory business. In 2009, Tim began his real estate career at Pedal to Properties, a brokerage he purchased just three years after joining.
